Dark granite countertops with a 4” backsplash complement an oversized stainless steel sink, Kohler pull-down faucet, and new garbage disposal. Ventilation was upgraded with a larger, quieter exhaust fan. Appliances include dark stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas oven. ADDITIONAL UPGRADES: New closet doors were installed, and the primary bedroom was redesigned with updated finishes. A TV wall mount with in-wall hidden cable pass-through was added, complete with pull string for future wiring. BUILDING UPDATES: The roof was replaced five years ago, and tuckpointing completed one year ago, both handled by the condo association. EFFICIENCY & COSTS: Gas and water are included in the condo association fees, covering furnace operation.
